Hello,

Over the past several days my laptop has gotten 
worse and worse, generally unable to open Word 
files in moodle or use the file picker there, 
but is able to open Word files from my own 
local drive.  I have done what I can using my 
iPad but it can't access my local files or my 
auxiliary drive so is very cumbersome.  It does 
open the files I have in Moodle, though the 
laptop cannot.

I get a message when shutting down the computer 
that starts with CoreSynch...and then a bunch 
of gibberish and the Words WSystem and 
Observerlmpl, and the laptop won't shut down on 
its own.  I can use email ok as long as I don't 
try to open attachments.  Web browsing also is 
ok.

I have a good internet connection.

I would appreciate some help.  My cell number, 
which includes whatsapp for video is 503-949-
