Hello Katherine,

Well, things seem to take forever to load. Like 
pages on both Chrome and Firefox. Earlier today 
they were pretty bad, but they seem to be working 
fine now. It just sort of depends on the 
day/time. It gets pretty frustrating though 
because when they aren't working nothing is 
working. Opening anything at all takes forever or 
it never opens and I end up having to just shut 
the computer off and restart it. Even things like 
Excel or Word take forever. 

I wasn't sure if there were just updates that the 
computer is in need of or something? It is 
strange though because right now it seems 
perfectly fine so not sure what to do.
