I need some additional information regarding service request #76339

Description: *9/28* Loaner and Image for 9/29

It's Katherine from UCS. I was the individual who helped you earlier. I've double 
checked the warranty and purchasing information for the computer. It looks like 
this computer is not replaceable or under warranty. This means that your 
department would need to purchase a new battery for this computer if you want to 
continue to use it. However, since this computer is very old and you were 
experiencing issues previously, I would suggest to purchase a new computer. If you

She picked up loaner and hardwired her to her 
computer. It looks like her original computer has a 
battery problem, and probably not under warranty.

Carlie's laptop  wont turn off or restart from 
the windows screen, she gets a blue screen if 
she tries. She is forced to hard restart or use 
the power button to turn it off. Besides also 
being slow, she cant' download documents 
without the computer freezing. 

I pulled out Loaner #20160443[Edit Inv] for her. 
She'll be dropping off her laptop tomorrow.
