It's completely updated and I delivered it. He said 
that they would send an email to setup a time to 
install software.

I remiaged computer with new software, but it 
doesn't have licensing for the software he wants. 
He will need to contact purchasing.

He came in because computer wasn't turning on, 
but it looks like it just needed to charge.
However, computer is very outdated from sitting 
in the shelf. I will reimage, but it needs 
software PSQL, and trasit.
