Hello,

I can come by Monday to help you with the 
problem. I have one option that might fix the 
issue on a dell computer, if you want to give 
this a try. I'll attach a how-to guide on 
reinstalling your audio driver, this has solved 
other microphone issues in the past. However, if 
you would prefer I'll stop by Monday.

I am not able to use the microphone on my 
computer for Zoom meetings.  The message is to 
check my connection or use a different mic.  
Hopefully, you can help me with this.
