Stephanie, it appears to be a persistent 
problem and is not shutting down properly 
unless I use the power button. I am going to 
try to bring it over to you...what is a good 
time? I could leave it with you and just work 
from my home computer for the rest of the day 
and then come to get it when you open tomorrow?

Do you think you'd have it looked at by then?

Stephanie, hi. I tried to hold the power button 
down again and it finally rebooted. If I 
continue to have this problem shutting down, I 
will bring it by later today.

Hi, UCS. My laptop is in a constant state of 
shutting down and it won't actually shut down. 
I tried holding the power button down to shut 
it down completely, but when I push the power 
button again to turn it on, the screen pops up 
and it's still showing the swirling dots and 
that it's shutting down.

Can you help please?
