Description: Cant get things to open on MAC 

I'm Katherine with UCS. I saw that you were having 
trouble with your iMac. Let me know a few good

Cant get icons to open, Cant download attachments, Not allowing pop ups, Word not working, Page documents, excel sheets not working either. Available 9/30 2-3 10/1 10:30-1. This has been happening for three days. Has tried restarting already.
