Lourdes Salazar	Oct 02, 2020 03:03 PM	**This is an email** Hi there, We are having some challenges getting Gary Dukes signed on to Adobe Acrobat on his computer (2018-0613). When prompted to sign into the Portal, we get a failure message for both his and I's login credentials. We didn't download, but we tried signing him in via the Adobe Acrobat that was already installed on the Mac. Any chance someone can help us out with this?
