I called her and let her know to check for updates, 
do Dell Command Update. If that doesn't work we 
should try to do a reimage.

Hello,

I am having some significant issues with 
desktop computer; whenever I attempt to save a 
Word document or PowerPoint presentation, it 
crashes the program. I am still able to open 
documents and make edits, but it won't allow me 
to save items. I brought my desktop in last 
week for an unrelated issue, but am unsure if 
bringing in the computer maybe caused this 
problem. This issue is really hindering my 
ability to work and I hope we can find a 
solution.

The computer number is 20150242[Edit Inv].
