Hi Erin,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76409

Description:  Reimage

I'm Katherine with UCS. I've been communicating 
with Kathy Heide regarding a MacBook laptop. I was 
able to reimage the computer and it is now ready to 
be picked up. We are available 9-12 and 1-4. When 
you come to pick up the computer you will need to 
hardwire login in our office. This would ensure 
you'll be able to take it off campus and have admin 
rights. If you have any questions feel free to 
email me or contact our front office at 503-838-
8925.
