I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76413

Description: *10/12 or 10/13* Slow computer

I'm Katherine with UCS. We've received a ticket 
saying that you were having issues with slowness on 
your computer. We've been extremely busy and were 
unable to make it last week. Do you mind if I stop 
by your office at 2:00 PM Thursday? If this doesn't 
work, can you send me a list of dates and times 
where I can stop by this week or next week?

sometimes has the wrong display time.
