Hi Cori,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76425

Description: *10/8 call* PC wont shut 
down/restart/wifi

I'm Katherine with UCS. We've received a ticket 
saying you were having issues with your computer a 
few weeks ago. I'm checking in to see if this still 
continues to be an issue? If possible can you send 
me pictures of the problem, so I can have a better 
visual?

but I'm not sure. 
I realize the at home wifi is something we cant 
exactly help with, does she need to bring in 
the device?

Stephanie,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I am 
working from home. All other devices means my 
cell phone and personal computer. I am now 
connected to WiFi. I tried clicking restart 
from the power choices. I finally just turned 
off the computer manually by pushing the power 
button down until it shut down. This has 
happened repeatedly. To lead up to the problem, 
there is a "Not Responding" message that comes 
up. After a minute or 5, I give up and try to 
restart or shut down. 
Yes, I connect only to my personal WiFi, 
Centurylink. 
Thanks for your help. I will be in a meeting 
until 10:30

When I click restart, tablet shows spinning 
dots and "restarting"
Also, I can't connect to WiFi. All other 
devices are connected.
