Stephanie Magee	Oct 12, 2020 11:15 AM	**This is an email** Hello, I called last Friday, about an error message on the printer in the 24 hour room, showing that the Waste cartridge is full and needs to be replaced. I am not sure if this printer issue was resolved or not but this morning it is saying the same thing. In addition another library printer is showing this same error on the east side of the 1st floor. I am sure you all are busy with the constant changes all of the departments are experiencing, if you need any additional assistance or help please let us know. The WOU numbers for these two printers are, 20171321 (24 hr room) 20180326 (East 1st floor) If you need any other information, have questions, comments, or concerns please let us know.
