Hi Jeannie,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76459

Description: *10/14* no bootable devices 

I've been working on Tim Wallen's computer. It 
looks like I won't be able to access any of his 
files on the computer. I'll keep trying, but it 
seems like the hard drive is completely dead. As 
for his computer, I can replace the hard drive so 
he has a usable computer for now. I will also check 
to see if he due for a new GFA station, but a new 
station might take a few weeks to process right 
now.
