Hello,

Ever since a system update for both my desktop and laptop (my laptop is currently a loaner from UCS), both computers are giving me issues with downloading, attaching, and saving files. It does not matter which internet browser I use (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer) or what software I am using (Excel, Word, Adobe), the same issues keep occurring. It will sometimes one for a little while, but then goes back to having issues, where I cannot attach a file to email, download files, or save files - it causes the program to crash/freeze, and I am forced to restart the program via task manager. 

This is a really critical issue as I cannot do my job without being able to download, save, and attach files and as of right now, I basically don't have a working computer as both the desktop and laptop are doing this. I am really hoping someone can help me. 

I have tried updating all software updates and restarting the machines, none of which has worked.
