Hi Kathy,

I received your service request for issues with miss 
swensen. I cleared the print queue which was backed 
up. Can you reboot it and test print for me. Let me 
know if it works now or not.

Hi there,
Miss Swenson (WOU 20171320) doesn't seem to be 
printing.  I had sent a request on 9/21 to 
toner@wou.edu to order some toner, and never 
heard back.  I'm not sure that is the issue, it 
makes noise like it will print but nothing is 
coming out.
