Just a quick update: John has helped me get my 
home drive to appear again, so I will be getting 
all my files saved where I want them tomorrow, 
and I'll plan on coming by to pick up the other 
computer, most likely on Thursday afternoon this

I need some additional information regarding

Description: GFA replacing 20141289[Edit Inv]

I'm Katherine with UCS. I'm checking in to see if 
you still want your new GFA replacement computer. 
We've been trying to get in contact with you since 
November and we haven't heard back yet about this. 
Let me know if you don't want the replacement, so 
we can reallocate the machine to someone else. If 
you have any questions or concerns feel free to
