Thank you Katherine. I will plan on being there 
at 9am with a mask on. An additional challenge I 
am having is with my Google Calendar and that 
when I use certain colors they don't always show 
up as events on my calendar. I would like some 
assistance with this as well. Thanks.

Good morning Katherine. I apologize for the 
extended delay. I am currently quarantine until 
11/15 per doctors orders due to a COVID exposure 
on 10/31. I am negative as well as my whole 
household and all of us are symptom free. I do 
have time available this coming Monday 11/16 
between 8:30am and noon if anytime in there would 
work well for you for us to meet. Also here is a 
copy of the latest Word error message I am 
getting:

stating you were having trouble with Word. Is there 
a few good times where I can stop by your office to 
help you with this. If not, we can schedule a time

What were you doing when you noticed this start 
to happen? Are other things on your computer 
working, I ask this because it could possibly 
be some type of wifi connection issue.
I can go ahead and create you a ticket but we 
are severely short staffed and our staff is 
furloughed today so our resolution time on this 
task might take longer than usual. I would like 
us to try our best troubleshooting right now.

and cannot save any Word documents including 
when I make changes to previous documents.
