Hi Stephanie,

The new password works just fine for logging 
into the portal and for logging into any other 
computer. It just will not work on that 
computer’s login screen. This is part of the 
reason why I could not save any documents 
before bringing it into you. I can’t get into 
the computer to save anything off of my hard 
drive.

This is the message I get on my phone when I 
try to send an email from my WOU account 
through my phone.

Hi Stephanie,

I just dropped off my MacBook yesterday and do 
have a loaner. There are two issues going on 
with my MacBook. One is that the number zero 
and trackpad are not working. Probably because 
I spilled some tea on the keyboard! The other 
issue is that I changed my password to log into 
the portal, which is the same password I use on 
the login screen when I turn my computer on, 
and my computer will not accept that password, 
so I cannot get into it at all right now.

The number you have is correct. I’m truly 
hoping we can save the documents that are on 
the hard drive! Is that possible?

P.S: I’m responding with my personal email 
because my phone did an update and now it will 
not allow me to send any emails from my WOU 
email address on my phone. Any chance you can 
also help me with that?

Good morning,

I dropped off my WOU computer yesterday for 
some repairs and realized this morning that 
I've been saving all of my documents to the 
hard drive on that computer and have not made 
the time to put it all on a thumb drive. Is 
there any way you can save the documents on the 
hard drive to another space I can access, so 
that I don't lose all of my documents when you 
work on it?

I would so appreciate any help with this:)

Jessica changed her password through account 
lookup and the new password works for the 
portal but not when she is trying to log into 
the computer.
