She dropped off the computer to imaged. It is done, 
and I set it in the front table, so she can have 
admin rights. It doesn't look like she'll be back 
today.

Hello,

I've been looking into some way to get updates 
and QuickTime working. I did some research and it 
looks like Quick Time hasn't been supported in 
years (No security fixes, bug fixes, etc.) and 
since it's connected with the OS we can't 
reinstall it. I'm suggesting we reimage your 
computer. This would mean wiping your computer 
completely, reinstalling the OS (Quicktime should 
reinstall in this case). I know this is a drastic 
change, but I think right now it's the only 
solution we'll find.

Kara is having trouble running updates on her 
computer, she hits the button but nothing happens.
I let her know that a tech would reach out to 
schedule a zoom appt.
