I come in at least once a week. My computer and 
printer were turned off when I showed up so 
they've been started and didn't work. I had 
this problem one other time but am not sure how 
it was fixed. I'm trying to use my desktop.

This is the big printer in our work area and 
not in my office. I have no idea if security is 
required. I've just always been able to print 
to it until I just tried.

Good morning,

Last month I received a new desktop computer in 
my office. I am not able to print to our 
downstairs printer (Ed-DownstairsCopier on 
Three Sisters). The printer states there was an 
error and deleted my job request. Is there a 
setting I should be looking at?
