Hi Megan,

I need some additional information regarding service request #76614

Description: Meeting Matrix on Megan Habrman's computer

I'm Monica from UCS. We have a ticket from a while back from the end of the year of 2020. Are you still needing assistance with Meeting Matrix or was this taken care of? I am just going through some of our older tickets and wanted to see if it just forgot to get closed or if you still needing assistance.

matrix. These users are very confusing so let me

Hi Stephanie,

The only computer that needs to be updated is 
Megan's office computer.  No laptops should 
have the Meeting Matrix program on them.  It is 
my understanding that the license can only be 
on a limited number of computers.  Currently it 
is only needed on Chelsee's, Kelly's, Megan's 
and mine.  The two student stations aren't 
really needed at this time, but I don't know if 
it's worth the effort or if it will save any 
money to remove it from them.  I can confirm 
that Chelsee, Kelly and myself all have a 
working Meeting Matrix on our office computers.  
So, it is only Megan's that needs assistance.

schedule it those days. For the record, Meeting 
Matrix hasn't worked on my computer for a long 
time.

My information is correct; however, I need to 
update the computers that need to be serviced.  
Currently, it is only Megan Habermann's 
computer that is not opening Meeting Matrix and 
running the program the way it should.  I am 
cc'ing her in this email so you are able to 
schedule with her an appropriate time to come 
by and work on her pc.  Thank you!
