this time.  I am working remotely as much as 
possible (which I imagine most of us are), what 
is the best way to proceed with set up?

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76668

Description: GFA Replacing 20130846[Edit Inv]

I'm Katherine with UCS. We've been working on your 
new GFA laptop, and we are nearly finished. I'm 
checking in to see if there is additional software 
that is needed on this computer? We've installed 
the basic package with Adobe DC, Office Suite, 
Chrome, Safari, etc. If you don't require any 
additional software let me know a few good dates 
and times where we can meet to setup your new 
computer. If you have any questions feel free to
