Hi there,
I have been having problems with my laptop. It 
doesn't happen all the time, but it often 
happens that anything I try to do is met with a 
"not responding" message. If I restart my 
computer a few times that sometimes helps (not 
always). At times it works just fine but the 
problem is persistent enough that I cannot 
reliably use my laptop for work. Can I bring it 
in to have someone look at it? The WOU number 
is 20161098[Edit Inv].
