we could not find 20200315[Edit Inv] but found 20200299[Edit Inv], so 
we gave it to her. these tickets are getting too 
confusing & causing us issues.

Good morning,

I am currently on the list for replacement and 
my laptop (WOU #20130479) is beginning to fail 
more often.  In the last few days, the 
following things have occurred. 
In Gmail, I cannot attach documents from the 
desktop.  I can attach documents using Google 
drive.
During two presentations this week, I was 
unable to move my slides forward.  It seemed to 
freeze.  For one presentation I used 
PowerPoint.  Hoping to avoid that happening 
again I used Google slides for my second 
presentation.
I'm unsure what the best solution is during the 
waiting period.  Please advise the best way to 
move forward.
