I am still struggling to open InDesign and 
Photoshop. 

I have one document open in InDesign. I was 
trying to open Photoshop when they both stalled 
out.

This is the second force quit since 9:00.

t's me again. I'm unable to get Photoshop to 
work on this computer. I had to force quit, 
when trying to open an image. 

I then made the latest cloud update to this 
computer, and tried again. This time I was able 
to open the image, but not save the edited 
version.

It's a desktop: #20150683[Edit Inv]

In another issue with this computer, I cannot 
attach files to email messages. I tried 
attaching the screenshots of the error 
messages, but could not attach them. (Using 
gmail)

When I click the paperclip icon, nothing 
happens. 

The other options, edit text, add hyperlink, 
insert photo are working fine.

i there, I'm curious if anyone else on campus 
is having issues with Creative Cloud this week. 
It's been getting increasingly difficult to 
work with.

I've had to Force Quit more than a dozen times 
today, on each of these programs: InDesign, 
Photoshop and Illustrator. I've sent the 
reports on to Apple, just in case they do look 
at the data. In some cases it was while all 
three were open, as well as just one of them 
open at a time.

Also, on two occasions, I've had to manually 
pull the power plug from the wall, as Force 
Quit was not working either, the computer 
itself was frozen. 

I'm working from the network in my office in 
Todd Hall.
