I called her and she explained the probably a 
little more. It seems like the H and I drive are 
trying to connect off campus, and won't let the 
user save files. John should have experience with 
this. We just need to disconnect the drives.

Hello, 

My laptop appears to be unable to save 
microsoft office files or attach saved files to 
emails. Would it be possible to have this 
looked at Friday, December 4? I will be on 
campus and can drop my laptop off, but will 
need it back if possible since I telecommute 
Monday-Thursday.
