The laptop's inventory says it's been PDR'd. Seeing 
how the response email was only two months ago, 
however, it may still be on campus? Try checking AD 
to see if it's WOU number is occupied, if not, 
complete this ticket.

Apologies about my email earlier, it seems I got 
some ticket / WOU numbers mixed up. 

I was emailing you to confirm that laptop W#20150317[Edit Inv] 
is in the copy room within The Research Institute. 
Would you be able to provide me with the room number 
for that? As well, has anyone reported any issues 
with the laptop regarding Sophos or anything else? 
Otherwise I can go ahead and cancel this request.
