Description: *12*9* New laptop freezing MS and 
Adobe

I'm Katherine with UCS. We've received a service 
ticket saying that you were having trouble with 
Office and Adobe. Is this still a current issue? 
Let us know when would be a good time for us to

Hello UCS,

I hope your day is going well. When I am 
telecommuting from home in the afternoons, I 
have noticed that my Adobe Acrobat and 
Microsoft Word freeze or "stop responding" most 
of the time. I believe all my computer updates 
are current. Re-starting my computer doesn't 
help either.  Is there anything I can do?
