The timeout is controlled by admin. I told them 
they can try to request the Chromebook stay on for 
longer, they'll have to request this with someone 
higher up.

Hello,

We use a chromebook for our buyback at our 
customer service window. The screen darkens, 
goes to sleep (not sure how to word that) after 
a pretty short amount of time, which is not a 
big deal, but it seems to cause us to lose 
connection in the ARC application that we need 
to stay open to do buyback. I tried looking at 
the settings on the chromebook but couldn't 
find a solution. It is connected to the 
internet through an ethernet cable and I turned 
off WIFI but it didn't help. Can you suggest 
anything?
We do use ARC on our computers at our desks all 
day and do not have the issue with is losing 
connection from those computers.
