Hello,

Sorry for the delayed email. Currently, we are 
short-staffed and we won't be able to do 
deliveries. However, you can pick up your laptop 
and dock from our office Thursday between 9:00 
AM-12:00PM or Friday 9:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-
4:00PM. We would like to know when you plan on 
arriving, so we may have your computer ready to 
go. Let me know if this doesn't work for you, and 
we can try something next week.

The laptop doesn't need any special software 
installed on it. I have some time today between 
now and noon, or after 2pm to swing by. I could 
also do after 2pm tomorrow. Let me know if any of 
those times work for you.

Description: GFA replacing 20140478[Edit Inv]

I'm Katherine with UCS. I've been working on your 
GFA replacement. I'm checking in to see if you 
require any additional software on this computer. 
If not, can we setup a time to meet? Right now, we 
have the Docking Station and Laptop ready to be 
delivered. Our monitors are on back-order so this 
might take a bit longer.
