I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76767

Description: GFA Replacing 20131009[Edit Inv]

I'm Katherine with UCS. I've been working on your 
new GFA laptop. It is nearly ready to go, I'm 
checking-in to see if you require any extra 
software. If you do not, the computer will be ready 
to be delivered or picked-up starting tomorrow. We 
will also need to pick-up your old computer. Let me 
know when would be a good time to do this swap. If 
you have any questions feel free to email me or
