I went by the day before, had a dead hardrive. I 
replaced it with new from our drawer. He said he 
had no software. The other 2015 is the one with the

Computer has been slowing down and has been freezing up over time. 
Tries to log into computer and it does not load.
In the middle of reading emails the whole computer turned off. 
He has tried turning on and off.
