I called and let her know her hard drive is 
completely dead. We can see if we can recover her 
files, but not guarantee. I'll send her an email 
when the computer is ready to roll out again.

Dell logo pops up and goes black with an error 
Press f1 to reboot, after she reboots gets "cant because hard drive is not found"

computer will be behind info desk.
