I deleted a few programs and adobe products. She 
said it's mostly slow with Adobe. She will let me 
know if she wants it reimaged. She has a special 
program, that will be hard to reinstall because 
it came from a vendor.

I logged in to the computer and had no issues 
with freezing or issue with PDF reader. I called 
and let her know I didn't experience any 
problems, but would like to meet up to check out 
the issue on her account. I also saw that flash 
player is installed and should be off unless it 
requires it for her job.

Gaby's machine is running super slow and 
everytime she tries to open a PDF the computer 
crashes.

She has a personal machine she can use, but 
hopefully it can be done soon?
