Battery seems dead. It's exempt so it can't be 
replaced part of GFA. They are going to keep it 
because they still need to work remotely, will 
keep it plugged in. I let them know they can try 
to buy a new battery and hope that works.

Hello!

I hope all is well in your office.

I have been using a loaner laptop since we have 
moved to remote work. It has been working just 
fine, charging and internet have been working 
fine. Until yesterday. I went into the office 
yesterday to cover our front desk and plugged 
my laptop into the outlet, not sure what 
happened but since then the Laptop has not been 
holding a charge, the battery icon on the 
laptop flashes on and off and when I unplug the 
laptop to move locations, it shuts off.

Any advice and support would be greatly 
appreciated. Thank you!
