She hasn't setup her computer physically, she will 
do it on her own. She will call when she wants 
admin rights. We still need to pick up her old 
computer.

Katherine,
There's no rush - I'd prefer to have them 
delivered and set up in our office spaces, to 
make sure everything connects correctly to the 
printers and the second monitor. 

Kent's office is ready anytime - so why don't we 
start with his computer first. The desk is empty, 
and Nathan came over the other week, so the phone 
and internet have been connected. I'm on campus 
Monday-Friday, 8-5, so I can let you in the 
building and into his new office whenever it's 
convenient for you.

Hi Denise,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76860

Description: GFA Replacing 20130461[Edit Inv]

I'm Katherine with UCS. We have your GFA 
replacement iMacs. We are currently short-
staffed, so we are only available for pick-ups. 
You can pick the iMacs between Thursday between 
9:00 AM-12:00PM or Friday 9:00AM-12:00PM and 
1:00PM-4:00PM. We would like to know when you 
plan on arriving, so we may have your iMacs ready 
to go. However, if this doesn't work for you, or 
if you would prefer us to deliver and set this 
up, we will have to postpone until towards the 
end of next week. Also, we have Kent St. Claire's 
iMac ready as well, should I coordinate with you 
on this or can I email him?
