I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76893

Description: IP Address error. 

I'm Katherine with UCS. I saw that you had a 
request to reimage your computers a few weeks ago. 
I'm checking in to see if you still require help 
with this. I'm available this Thursday 9:00AM-
11:30AM. You can go ahead and drop off one computer 
at a time so you'll at least have something to 
communicate with your students with. If you have

Good team, my two primary computers are having BIG issues as of two days ago (5+ hour electric blackout due to storm).
Listed below are the computer is numbers. I think that a "clean" (erase all) upgrade would help. I can bring them both in, but would not want to leave them for "too" many days as I have no backup to reach students in my classes. Please let me know if I should bring them in SOON. The messages I am getting are as follows.
