I left her a note on the computer that said it 
looked like it was the windows updater. I tried 
running the updated March 2nd. I'm hoping it went 
through, put I'm not sure. If she continue to 
have the problem a reimage would probably fix the 
problems.

Diagnostic tests passed. I did check out if there 
was anything in event viewer. It looked like hard 
drive was having issues for a while (which could 
have caused the failure). I did also see windows 
update failed and this causes black screen 
because user doesn't know it's updating while it 
is. I'll go ahead and update it.

My computer crashed today (see # attached). The 
desk top monitor will not boot, and the laptop 
has a black screen.
I teach at the CDC and won't be available until 
after 2:30 PM, or on my 1/2 hour lunch from 
12:30-1pm tomorrow.
I would appreciate your help.
