The problem is not her computer. She was able to 
connect to a different Wi-Fi. It looks like it's 
that specific Wi-Fi was having issues. She'll call 
back if she needs more help.

Obvious questions are necessary. No need to 
apologize. I appreciate your situation and that 
you are doing your best.

The drive maps when I am connected to the 
internet by ethernet. I am currently connected. 
I cannot connect to the internet via WiFi since 
I updated my computer.

I am available for a zoom call anytime today 
before 4:30 and tomorrow after 1 pm.
