time yesterday. I will try Miles today.

Hi! I just wanted to update you that Dirk Freymuth, and Claire Hudkins are also having the same printing problem as James Reddan. I don't think I was clear in my original email.

Hi Lourdes,

Just a quick update on the printing situation. 
The RICOH MP 6054 option no longer works. If I 
try to print anything, it now indicates "server 
offline" in all applications. I have restarted 
the computer, deleted and readded the printers, 
etc. I know there was also a change to our IP 
addresses performed on Tuesday so I don't know 
if that has added to the situation, but that is 
the newest development. Just want to be sure 
you have all the info.

Hi Lourdes,

One is a printer and the other is a copy machine. 

The printer information is:

Ellington, WOU# 20101050[Edit Inv]

The copier information is:

Miles, WOU# ??

I couldn't find a number on Miles, but Julia Fruit our APA might know it. (I've cc'd her on this email.) 

However, when I tried again, I found out that if I select RICOH MP 6054 as the printer instead of CA-Miles that it works for the copier. There is no other option for Ellington. The only reason I recognized RICOH is the front sticker on the copier has that name (repair company?).

When I pull up a document to print, it says that CA-Miles and CA-Ellington on both offline though both are turned on and Miles is useable in copy modes (though I don't know about scanning or anything else), and useable if the RICOH MP 6054 name is selected as the printer. It is all very weird.

Hello,

I am trying to print documents from my office computer to our computers in SH 104. It is saying the computers are offline and not turned on when they actually are on and up and running. Due to this, I am unable to print what is needed. This is happening with both the printer (Ellington) and copier (Miles).

Any help would be most appreciated.
