Will you be keeping your old monitor? Yes, I 
would like to keep my 2 monitors. John 
mentioned that you would be swapping out the 
oldest one for a new one - does this apply to 
when you are getting a laptop as well?  One of 
my monitors does not work when I was in the 
office.  This is a new office for me so I'm not 
sure if it worked previously?  

When would be a good time for our technician to 
stop by and pick up your old CPU (tower)?  Does 
it work to come over when I pick up the new 
laptop at 2:00 Monday?  
 We will need to deactivate PL-SQLoff your old 
system.  I don't think the old computer had 
this on it, I believe we are moving the 
licensing from Dorothy Hendrick for this who 
retired.  I don't know what computer she might 
have had previously though. 

Do you need any other software besides, MS 
Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, VPN, PL-SQL?  I 
don't think so, those all sound like all I will 
need - unless Amy says I need something else.



We need to make sure you backup your files off 
of the old machine we are getting back. We will 
keep the CPU for 2 weeks before wiping it but 
we want to ensure you protect any desktop 
files. Great!  I try to keep everything just in 
my personal files, the Google Drive or in the 
I-Drive.
