Hi Denise,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #77012

Description: *2/17 in the morning* Admin Rights/Doc

I went by earlier today, and I was able to speak to 
John regarding the Lightroom issue. It looks like 
the new Lightroom doesn't work unless you have paid 
space on the cloud for this program. This means if 
you would like to use Lightroom you must use the 
older version called "Lightroom Classic" which 
should be installed or be available to install. Let 
me know if you have any questions.

I need some help logging into this new computer 
- I'm not an administrator yet, so can't log in 
with my username and password. 

Also, I agreed to try out the iMac if I could 
hook up the main monitor - but I'm not seeing 
the hdmi connection? Maybe I'm missing 
something?

ty! I work from 8-5 in Todd Hall, M-F, so can 
be available whenever someone is available.
