picked up and gave admin rights 3/3 
It was at the front and john believed it was ready to be sent out, Jackson emailed about pick up as well. Can this ticket be closed?? there is nothing on the ticket so I am not sure.

a really long restart when we were working on 
why it didn;t work with the dock properly.

The laptop is taking a very long time to 
restart. Friday I missed the first 30 minutes 
of a meeting because I restarted my computer 10 
minutes before the meeting as it was acting 
weird. On Monday, it would not start at all and 
instead I had a half screen that said "swipe to 
restart" but nothing would happen. I had to 
hold down the power button to get it to shut 
down. When it restarted, it took about 40 
minutes to load up. After about 30 minutes, I 
turned on an old laptop which loaded updates 
and started prior to my new laptop loading.

I also had trouble downloading and using a text 
editor called NoteTab light. It freezes each 
time I try to open it. I also had trouble with 
the native text editor.

actually, One thing was it takes 30-60 min for the 
computer to restart

Jackson brought this in yesterday but I cant 
recall the specific issue, I've contacted the user 
to follow up. Will update ticket when I have more 
info
