working 

I'm Katherine with UCS. I'm checking in to see if 
the headphone jack and HDMI issue is still a 
problem? I'm available most days between 8:00AM-

The number is 20190235[Edit Inv]. I will not be able to 
come in until next week. Is there a time that I 
can stop by that someone will for sure be able 
to address the issue? Sorry its week 9 of the 
term so I am trying to get things finished up 
but this is impacting my working from home via 
zoom. 
This machine was supposed to be new but I have 
had issues with it from the start. The 
headphone jack didn't work and then it worked 
and now it doesn't work again. I also tried to 
just do HDMI to a TV to watch a lecture and it 
wouldn't switch to the tv audio The image would 
but the sound was still from the computer. 
Also, The fan will run for excessive amounts of 
time.

I could come in Tuesday if there is someone 
available.
