Deleted the user account and re-added. Seems to be running fine. Tested battery with Coconut battery tester and results seemed OK (78% battery life left, 64 charging cycles). Will mark as complete.

Yes, that is my work laptop. I don't know what a Sophos alert is, but it needs a new battery which has not been ordered yet. If you have time to swing by, I do have some questions. I am in the office today. Thanks again!
