coming in again bc "i have had it plugged in for over 72 hours and it has still not charged. The charging indicator says it is not charging "

Hello, I was just checking in to see if you knew when I could get the battery for my laptop replaced. I have been trying to get it replaced for seven or eight weeks now, and not having a functioning laptop is beginning to negatively impact my duties here at WOU.

Hi Stephanie, when I brought it in to UCS a month ago I was told that I needed a new battery. The laptop doesn’t charge and crashes the minute it is unplugged. I’ve attached a screen shot of the replace battery notice I have on my desktop. 

I would like a new battery soon please.
