Hi Jennifer,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #77141

Description: GFA setup

I talked with John regarding the adobe DC 
installer. We do have it available for download. 
You can go to the launcher and search for Self 
Service. Once the program is open, search for 
"Adobe Desktop App M1-Shared" and install. This 
should give you adobe DC Pro. Let me know if you 
have any questions.

Description: GFA setup

I'm Katherine with UCS. I've been working on your 
new computer, and I'm checking-in to see if you 
require any additional software installed on the 
computer. Our basic software package includes 
items like Office Suite, Adobe DC, Firefox, 
Chrome, VMware, etc. Let me know if you need 
other items as well. If not, then the computer is 
ready to be delivered or picked up. Please, send 
me some of your preferred times and dates for us 
to meet. If you have any questions feel free to
