was too much for the dock. Had the user start to connect AB usb cable directly to laptop and camera stayed up all the time then!

Hello Hienfei,

I was informed that you are having some issues using your camera in zoom, I was wondering if you would be able to meet in person about it? We can meet in your office in Todd hall or you can come to the UCS office near the admin building, whichever is convenient for you. The best time for me to meet is in the mornings but we can make something work in the afternoon if need be.

Dell monitor, camera on during zoom session but it turns off right away. Has tried unplugging and reinstalling everything and restarting computer to get zoom to camera to work properly.
