I believe that I have two tickets in with UCS, 
though I can't recall the numbers as they were 
created over the phone.  

The first is regarding our AA-AALC Printer (ID: 
20170874).  We have been unable to print to 
this printer for months.  We have rebooted the 
printer.  We have uninstalled and reinstalled 
the printer on our computers.  A technician has 
looked at it more than once.  It says that it's 
online and ready to print, but now gives an 
error message of the printer being unavailable 
when we try to print.

Second - for the past several months we have 
been unable to print reports from Banner to any 
of the printers in our building (shared with 
SEP - also experiencing the same issue).  When 
I spoke with UCS, I was told that there were 
Banner upgrades/changes occurring and that it 
should be resolved soon.  Is there an ETA on 
this?  I attempted to print a report to another 
printer this morning and nothing happened.


Any information or assistance in resolving 
these two issues would be greatly appreciated.  
If I need to contact a specific person in UCS 
to address these items, please let me know and 
I will do so.

We are still having issues printing to our 
normal printer.  We did have a tech look at it 
a couple weeks ago, but the issue was never 
resolved.  We have tried rebooting it, 
unplugging it, and removing/adding the printer 
back to our accounts.  The tech tried this as 
well.  When possible, could we get someone to 
try to determine what's going on?  No rush.  I 
realize that UCS is incredibly understaffed and 
overwhelmed.  Just want to get on the radar.

Hi There,

A tech (Katherine) came over last week to look at the printer (AA-AALC on ThreeSisters) in our office (Student Success & Advising) and determine why it was not working properly.  They followed up with a voicemail saying it should be working now.  I attempted to print again and it now gives me an error message that the print job has failed.  We have already uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and everything looks like it should print correctly.  Alas...

This is happening to everyone in our office, not just from my computer.  It is not urgent, as we have a copier we can use.  But I wanted to make you aware that the issue has not been resolved.

Hi There,

We have been having some issues printing to our office printer.  The printer appears to be offline when I try to reinstall it on my computer.  The printer ID is 20170874[Edit Inv].  

There is absolutely no rush to fix this right now as the majority of our staff are working from home and we do have other print options in the building.  But I wanted to pass this along to get it in the queue.
